You may have healed or learned to manage with anxiety or depression, however, the after-effects of abuse, trauma, or issues with your mental health and well-being may still manifest themselves;

  • Fear (fear of failure, fear of success, fear of not being good enough, or not being liked)

  • Feelings of worthlessness, or as though you are unworthy of love, success, wealth, health, happiness

How I help

Combining all of my vast employment history, academic study, entrepreneurial pursuits, and my own lived experience with trauma, significant adversity and mental health issues,

I help those who have overcome trauma, adversity, abuse, loss, and/or mental health issues, to

achieve their personal and professional goals, whatever they may be.

  • gain control over their emotional health by understanding trauma, anxiety or depression, and learning how to work with it rather than against it
